Erin Miles

Director of Administration

Erin brings nearly 20 years of experience working in administrative services, with over a decade of time in the IT services industry.

Prior to joining DigiCap, Erin worked hand in hand with Sunny and Mike at DMI. During her 12 years at the company, she was highly involved with M&A transactions, legal support, HR initiatives, marketing efforts, company communications, community service outreach programs, organizing global events, and connecting dots as needed. Erin’s time management and multi-tasking skills allowed her the opportunity to be involved in leadership and Board meetings where her knowledge of company operations expanded.

Before DMI, Erin’s background was heavily rooted in athletics. As a former college athlete, Erin began her career in the athletic department at Saint Joseph’s University and then went on to become an assistant basketball coach at Loyola University in Maryland. Her last stop before teaming up with Sunny and Mike was a short stint as a player-coach in Brisbane, Australia.

Erin holds a BA in marketing and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Saint Joseph’s University as well as an MEd in Educational Leadership and Administration from Loyola University, MD.
